Customer Satisfaction
(and Quality Assurance)
In order to attain the highest possible level of customer satisfaction, each student will be asked to complete a Class Evaluation at the end of each class.
Course instructors (or a suitable proxy) will be available to answer reasonable follow-up questions relating to class material via email for a period of six months after the class.
Students are invited to re-sit any class at no charge for a period of one year after the initial class; this assumes:
Student will sit in a regularly-scheduled class (no custom-scheduling for this purpose).
A class of the same version is still being taught at DataSchenk (no un-retiring courses).
The student will reuse original training materials (bring your book back with you).
Money-back Guarantee: In cases where the customer is not satisfied with the quality of instruction, and reasonable remedies can not be arbitrated, DataSchenk will offer a refund.
